Is it possible to get my gift wrapped?

Yes, we do offer a gift wrap service on demand. But we charge separately for this.

Can I change what I have ordered?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately, it cannot be amended online. You can cancel your order so that you can correct it but before 3 PM after that, your order will be dispatch. Please email us on sales@www.perfumehut.com.pk.Please note that these requests will be answered during our opening hours before 3 p.m. in working days. Moreover, once you have ordered a product, it can’t be refunded anymore but can be replaced or changed.

I forget to use my Promotion code. Can I add it?

Promotion codes do need to be entered at the time of putting in the order. They can’t unluckily be included after the order procedure has been finished.

Can I amend the delivery options for my order?

As there is a price difference in the delivery options we offer.We unfortunately, cannot change the delivery option once an order is placed.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please send an email to sales@www.perfumehut.com.pk .Please include your order reference number in the title of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched then we may not be able to refund you for delivery charges.

Where do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery within Pakistan.

What is your delivery charges?

The delivery charges are Rs:200 Rupees per order.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery but only on promotions.

Why should I give you my personal information?

Customer information pertaining to name, card billing details, and shipping addresses are necessary to process any electronic transactions via credit/debit cards. These are essential inputs into the fraud detection mechanisms built by our payment partners. We follow up on all transactions with phone calls to verify orders.

Is my personal information kept secure?

 Yes, all of your personal information i-e emails, phone number address etc is secured.

What is the minimum order quantity limit?

There is no minimum order quantity limit in terms of the total order price.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We ensure that our website is updated regularly and that only the available items are listed. If the desired size is not available for a certain item, the product page will clearly identify “Out of Stock” for you. For queries and special requests concerning sizing and/or availability, please call or email our Customer Support center.

What Methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we are dealing only with cash on delivery.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use TCS services for delivery.

What if my merchandise is damaged?

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.

How do I check the delivery status?

All items sold on www.perfumehut.com.pk are delivered through reputed courier partners. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email. You may also track the status of your order on our website with the help of the Order ID provided to you at the time of order placement. Just click on customer care in the menu and then click on track your order. Put your email and order ID.

Products on your store are 100% original?

Yes, we have authorized dealer of all these famous brands. The products you receive will 100% original otherwise you can clam and get 100% return back if you get any replica product.
How do I return an unwanted item?

Once you have ordered a product, it can’t be returned anymore but can be replaced or changed, in case of damaged or any other genuine issue.

Returning an item by post

To return an item by post please parcel it up and include a note with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Your Name
  3. Your Email Address
  4. The Product Code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
  5. The Reason for the return
  6. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Please send it via Special Delivery to the following address

Please note, if you do not send it by courier services and it doesn’t arrive at Head Office we will not be able to action any refund/exchange, as there is no method of tracking available.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

The Perfume Hut is an for a huge range of fragrances. As such we take the quality of the products we sell very seriously. If you have received a faulty item it can be returned either by post or to one of our stores (please see above for details).

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately on +92307660346 or email on sales@www.perfumehut.com.pk

How long will it take to get my internet order to replace?

When Finance process you replace you will get an email sent to the email address which you placed the order with. This means that the refund has been processed our end, at which point it normally takes 2-5 working days to show on your account. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days.

Do your prices change?
In order to offer the customer the best deal possible at any given time, our prices do frequently change. In terms of orders, however, the price that we charge will be the same as that quoted in your email confirmation.
